How to manage Outlook server side rules on my computer? I want to frame some rules to manage my emails. I want to create a lot of custom rules as per my need.
Server rules are completely managed by the Exchange Server. They are applied to the back end and applicable even the Outlook isnot running on your computer. They can be created by the Outlook web access. (OWA)
Here are some examples of the server rule
To create a rule, open the Outlook Web Access tool. From the toolbar, click on the rules and select the option to create anew rule. When the edit rule dialogue box is opened. Now write down the rule and save it.
