There are some websites which allows you to sell your stuff and buy stuff.
I personally use Ebay for buying and selling because it’s has various numbers of item categories and lot of active users with many interesting stuff to sell. Of course you can use the site for your business purposes as well.
When you are buying stuff be remember to check the vendors rating. So that you can think the vendor is a trusted person and provides quality items.
 Just register with the site and enter accurate details. You might have to go through number of steps during the registration process.
