Can one know the very likely encounters or operations that cause smartphones, tablets and all general phone types to overheat? Are there some particular operations or functions of the phone which can cause overheating? What are the much recommended solutions to overheating? Francis Otabil is my name and a third year student of Catholic University in Brong Ahafo Region. Thank you.
What are the operational activities that causes tablets or smartphones to overheat?
I have mentioned below the reasons and remedies of overheating problem observed in smartphones and other devices:

Many applications and processes run in the background of smartphones which result in excessive usage of CPU resulting in high movement of ions and charges resulting in Overheating. Remedy is to monitor, disable and remove any such apps that are running in background which are not required.

High Graphics and processor intensive tasks can result in overheating as well. So make sure you use only those applications and movies which your device configuration can easily handle.

Quality of Battery being used in the smart phone also is one of the reasons which can contribute to overheating a lot. Always use brands like Hyperion, Anker and Mugen while buying batteries.

Only use original chargers for charging their device and batteries as compatibility matters a lot when you are trying to avoid overheating of a device.

Install a good software which monitors your usage of CPU, battery etc to give you a hint and heads up when you are crossing the limit of your device.
