What are the functionary processes of a device cooler?
Device cooler is an agent which helps a device reducing temperature by providing cooing facility. The electronics circuit of the smart phone generates heat. There should be something who can absorb this heat otherwise overheating will damage the electronics circuit of the phone.

There is built in heat shrink in smart phone which can absorbs heat. There are some smart phone in market which has the extra cooling facility to maintain the temperature of the phone. Also the phone is designed in a way that it can maintain a proper temperature. During charging due to the electricity the battery is heated little bit. Device with extra cooling facility can reduces this heat as well.

There are android software which can server the purpose of device cooler but it works in a different way. It cannot consume heat or shrink heat. The software determines that for which application heat is generating more. Then it identifies that software and close it so that device did not overheat more.
