The Nokia Music manager that was released 3 years ago (2010) is capable of transferring music files from your apple PC to your mobile phone obviously, It can also be synced from your CD Collection and your iTunes but you cannot purchase music from Nokia manager to iTunes store, as the synced function is on-going, you can do a playlist for your songs that will appear on your Nokia phone, so in summary, it want to promote the syncing capabilities of the mobile phone.
