The Bose QC 20 is better than Bose QC 15 because of the following features:
1) Bose QC 20 has a small in-line amplifier that contains internal rechargeable battery
2) The battery backup is up to 16 hours with a single charge
3) The noise cancelling was better than QC 15
4) It is ideal for Android, Blackberry and Windows phones
5) It provides long lasting comfort and stability
6) It has noise reduction with full sized earphones
7) The cost of Bose QC 20 is $299

The Bose QC20 (QuietComfort 20) have in–ear noise cancelling. When you wear it, they blocked the sound noisy environment like talking people, noisy vehicle, building construction and so on. You hear your music alive. There is also Noise Cancelling On / Off slider switch control module, inline remote / microphone mode and call answer / end buttons.
The Bose QC15 (QuietComfort 15) is the same as they QC20, the beauty of it is soft on the ears, just exactly delicate ears and listen to the music here alive you can imagine that you are on the concert.
The best or better is QC15 like I said above comfortable fit.
