1. Automatically backup process mainly online storage facilities provide an option for scheduling the back-up update process. When a schedule is made for back-up updating, then it will automatically updated to the servers, whether a change is made or not. These scheduling will happen without the user intervention.

2. Requires no input once the backup is configured, you will rarely have to provide any input to the process.

3. Can be accessed to your files from anywhere at any time.

Once the data is uploaded to the online backup system, you can view the files anywhere at anytime.

4. File encryption. This option help you to secure the extreme sensitive files using passwords. As mentioned above each and everything in this world have its on disadvantages.

They are as follows:

1. Slow data transfer according to time. Sometimes uploading files to online storage system takes so much time & also downloading files from online storage.
