I am new to buying a business multi line phone systems. I need professional advice about the features that I should be looking when I am buying this phone system.
There are many features that may be included in the basic business phone system. Some of them are:
Call waiting: when on a call and if any other client is trying to call they will get a waiting message and they can wait for you to complete the call. Also, there will be a light beep on the phone. Conference call: calling and speaking to more than a single person or numerous persons at a time.
Works well on the landline business network. Caller id: Identifies the caller and displays the most relevant name on the digital screen.
