What is all about the green line across screen? My dell laptop is having this green line across the screen and I cannot concentrate while doing my online business work. I have to get rid of the green line, but how? Is this has to do with my laptop LCD? I need some advice.

Its difficult to concentrate while there is a distraction. Lets solve your problem. It may be because of the graphic card driver problem or you can say dead pixels on your laptop LCD. First of fall just do one thing. Just attach a monitor to your laptop through VGA cord. If the green line not shown any more on your monitor that mean your laptop LCD have certain damage that why its showing green line on your LCD. If the lines shows as well in monitor then your graphic card is not working properly or its bugged you can say. So contact graphic card manufacturer for help.

This Error is very common.
In this state you have to check three things.
First Check your LCD? For this purpose attach external monitor or LCD with your Laptop.
2nd Check your VGA Card or Graphic card when you will connect external monitor if monitor is also show green lines then it maybe your VGA Adapter problem.
But before VGA check your Hard Disk correctly. Because If there is a problem in hard disk then it will first attack on your display and shows colored lines across the screen.
Consult with the technical person.
