The University of Electro-Communications in Tokyo has created an outstanding chair?
It is called Chilly Chair. But why is it called like this? And what is its activity?
This Chilly Chair was invented by Shogo Fukushima. He created this device to bring the body hair to erect and therefore hypothetically exaggerates the people's reaction when watching movies or playing video games.
So he came up with the idea of creating Chilly Chair, with a strange forearm-rests that utilizes electricity to procreate the impressions that normally triggers when the feeling of surprises and fears. It is made of 3 layers. It includes protected dielectric and rubber plate and electrode. The electricity is passed through the electrode separating the dielectric plate and trigger's the user's arm hairs to stand up.
Chilly Chair is a dark wood chair that is created by a team at University of Electro-Communications in Tokyo where one should need to sign in a waiver before resting their arms on a flat metal platform and strap themselves in for the ride.
