I see CPU starvation messages on my Websphere server logs but there has been no impact on our application. Is this something I should be worried about? How can I find the cause for this?

If you are seeing these errors very rarely then you have nothing to worry. This could happen because of the occasional load on the server. If you are seeing this error more frequently, this could be due to one of these reasons:
1. There is a lot of paging going on in the physical memory.
2. The garbage collection is causing the CPU starvation.
3. The CPU is actually busy doing lots of processing.
