I just recently came across a site that about Google Doodle Guitar. I enjoyed playing different melodies with it. I didn't have any idea that these google doodles have become interactive. Is there any site that I can access that contains all the google doodles you can play?

Google stores all the Doodles that it has ever made and displayed in any version of Google. Just go to www.google.com and type in "Doodles". Open the first link, at this page you can either search for a doodle if you know its name, or you can watch all the doodles sorted by time.
I think the one you are looking for is this:
All Google doodles that have ever been published are available at the Google website.
The link I've posted below will direct you to the specific page with all the doodles.
You can select the year you want on the page and view all doodles from that year and play around with the one you want.
You can also filter the doodles with countries.
