If you have friends that you want to talk to, you can invite them in TinyChat. Just send them the link of your chatroom and wait for them to go online. If you are willing to download programs such as Skype and Yahoo Messenger then it will be good as long as you have friends to add.
But if you don't want to spend the time to ask friends to add you up on messengers, then Omegle and Chatroulette are very popular websites that lets you chat with complete strangers through text (chat) or through webcam. No need to add friends or anything and you can simply disconnect the person you are chatting with if you want to and connect again to other users. With omegle, they have a new feature, the "Spy Mode" where you get to ask a question on an existing chat of 2 users that are willing to have their conversation watched. While Chatroulette has a drawing mode where you can draw on the chat platform itself while also having a text and video conversation. Also popular (but not as popular as the two) is FunYo, has a group chat. So if one-on-one talks bore you, you have the choice to have a conversation in a group. Â
