I purchased WebEasy 8 to get full access on using the entire features so I can make the best website for my business. However, when trying to insert the serial number, the software is not accepting it. The first four digit of my serial is 812D. How can I make this work? Please help me as I do not want to put my money with nothing. Thanks.

You may want to check if your serial number is one of the software with wrong serial numbers listed on it. You can try to go to the link http://www.avanquestusa.com/support-aq/RegisterForWebEasy8SN.aspx and have your serial number checked. As per Avanquest’s advisory, serial numbers starting with ‘812d’ are ones that are affected. Once you have inputted your Serial number on the link, they will validate the code for you and issue you with a new serial number. Please do provide a valid email address as the new serial number will be emailed to you. If after this, you are still having issues, you can reach their Technical Support number at 818 665 3011.
