Web to Host Control Cache Error

Hi,

I am getting an error when I try to launch the BlueZone application as a desktop client. The image is shown below. BlyeZone is an emulator either Web to host or desktop terminal. Now the desktop is the one showing up the error.

Error message:

Error 404 caching http://poplar.renex.com/desktop/bz3270/desktop.ini from server.

Hello Andrew,

This is an error that is the problem of the internet connection. The software is unable to connect with the server and get the required file.

First of all, check if your internet connection is alright. Disconnect your router/modem and connect it again. Also check your firewall if BlueZone is allowed to access internet.

After making these fixed, you will be able to get rid of this problem.
