I had to reinstall my Windows 7 and now I cannot install my Microsoft Office. The same installer worked just fine on my previous Windows 7. I didn’t install other version before this on my fresh installed Windows and still is saying this. Does anyone have any idea about this ? Does anyone else experienced this before ?

Though you know that you didn’t install any version of Microsoft Office on your computer after installing your Windows 7, sometimes the package is already included or already comes pre-installed with the operating system. It’s as if you already installed the application but you didn’t and normally when a package comes pre-installed, it is always the pre-release version or the beta version like in your case.
So, to check if Microsoft Office beta comes pre-installed with Windows 7, you need to check it in the Control Panel or in All Programs in the Start menu. If your Microsoft Office installer tells you that it detected a beta version of Microsoft Office on your computer then it is possibly true. Though sometimes, you can install different versions of Microsoft Office but with the exception of pre-release versions.
It is always required to uninstall any pre-release versions of any Microsoft products before installing the stable version. If you found the pre-release version, just uninstall it and then restart the computer. You may now install your Microsoft Office after booting.
