Hey, following steps shows the solution for my hp printer won’t print are as follows:
• First click on Fix it button
• Now download it and run the program simultaneously.
• Later you have to follow the steps one after the other manually.
• Also you can go to control panel > device and printer
• Next go for printer icon and select troubleshoot
• After it the printer will start printing
If you have an HP printer but it won’t print, make sure its driver or the HP printer software has been installed on your computer. Without it the computer might not be able to detect the printer even if it is already connected to your computer and you won’t be able to print.
The printer software is included with the printer when you bought it so check the package for the installation CD. If you no longer have the CD, you can download the software from HP Customer Support – Software and Driver Downloads. In there, enter the model number of your printer, for example without quotes “Officejet 2620” then press Enter or click “Find my product”.
Select your printer from the search result. Next, select your operating system and then click “Change” to show the available downloads for your operating system. Download and install the available software on your computer then try if you can print. If you still cannot print, check if the USB cable is connected properly. Try transferring the cable to a different USB port and then try again.
