Way To Export Folder Outlook 2010 On Exchange 2010.

Hi, I am using the Exchange server and need to export folder Outlook 2010 to use for references. I am not able to do so. Can anyone hear me pleading?

The steps I am going to show apply to Exchange 2010 accounts and require both active Outlook and ES.

Open Outlook 2010. Click Import from Open of the File tab.
Choose Export to a file and click Next.
Select the (.PST) file and then choose the folders with sub folders and click next.
Browse and Select the location. Finish the procedure after entering the password.
