Can I do a mass transfer of accounts from an Iplanet server to MSFT 2003 AD, including the SH1 Hashed passwords? I want to import ldif files into AD, and so far, I only see tutorials on ldifde about importing items within ldap excluding the password.

Perhaps you could have given a detailed elaboration of the setup and migration strategy that you intend to use so as to be able to figure out the context in which to help you.
But anyways, you can still use ADMT for transfer, which will synchronize the passwords too during the transfer, unless your way of transfer is quite different that you cannot do it that way. I will refer you to the following link to get a step by step guide, which is for moving mailboxes in the cross forest exchange, but I figured out it could be handy in your case.
