I am trying to encode an MPEG file and a royalty TV show in DVD format using Xvid.
And I appreciate it in size between 1.5 to 1.6 GB and resolution (1024×572).
When encoding what overall bit rate should have to maintain.
Can you please tell me.
Want to study about overall bit rate during video encoding.
It's hard do encode from one format to another and at the same time maintain its sound bit rate but If you do not want compromise with its quality then I recommend you to do it in steps.
First go for video encoding then for sound for this video part can easily be done by Xvid and suggest sound forge software for maintaining its bit rate in terms of sound.
