I am giving the instruction by following which you can overcome the problem.
You should download the latest version of Tunnelblick.
Copy the Ace VPN configuration files to Library/Application support/Tunnelblick/Configurations.
Run Tunnelblick and connect to acevpn-premium-udp-faster or the configuration of your choice .
Enter your user name and password when prompted.
Then start using the application.
