Hello, I am interested in knowing about the cisco ip phone 7911 speakerphone. Can I use the speaker of the ip phone to talk to someone? How?

The cisco IP phone comes with a speaker which can be used to listen to someone you are talking to in a hands free way. But that is the only thing it can do. You cannot talk to someone using the speakerphone. To speak, you need to use the handset that comes with the phone.
You can use the speaker in two ways, the group listen option or the monitor option.
