To install your favorite wood sign Photoshop brushes you first need to download your desired brush from the site
Once you have downloaded your brush now you need to install them and hence do the following as you are running Mac.
Navigate to the following folder:-
/Users/{username}/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS5/Presets/Brushes.
And paste your downloaded brush in this folder.
It’s as simple as that. Now you go inside Photoshop and go to brush tool and click on load new brushes.
