My pc sound goes scratchy if I play any music or video file while doing some other work like copying, scanning,burning etc. How can I enjoy the real sound?

Maybe your computer does not have enough RAM. This usually happens if your computer has only enough RAM to run the system and you are playing a music or maybe watching a video and you are simultaneously doing other stuffs with it like copying some files, scanning an image on your flatbed scanner, printing a document with Microsoft Word, or burning a disk with your CD or DVD writer.
To improve the system, install more RAM on your machine so that your system will have enough resources to handle the different needs of the applications you are using.
If you have more RAM installed on your CPU, less data is being transferred to the page file because most part of the data is already loaded in RAM. The rate of data access is much faster in RAM compared to page file.
