Download and install the report creator for exchange server

Open it and select the database for which you want to generate a report.

Select the number of tables and attributes from each table which you want to use to make the report.

Specify a template for the report that might be grouped, listed, tabular form etc.

After that do the front end editing like change the width of the columns or the title headings.

Click finish and you have created a report.
This could have been a lot easier if you have transferred the database in Oracle and then use its report writer because it is rich in features and is very user friendly to use.
