Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me with a problem that involves the same app but different OS.

After successfully installing VS 2005 SP1 on Vista but I have a problem doing the same on XP.

The error message that appears is:

Moyea FLY Player: FLY Player.exe – Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point _except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll

If someone knows what could be making this trouble please post.

Thanks.

It is possible that your computer is virus infected and that this msvcrt.dll was deleted or move by some virus. I suggest that you perform a scan of your whole system to find out if there really are virus on your computer.

If viruses are found delete all of the virus file and then perform a repair of your operating system to restore it to its old performance.

If no such virus is found then you can simply update your operating system or you can download this file from the internet. Put it in you C:WindowsSystem32 folder.

I hope this solves your problem, regarding the error.
