After I finished the settings configuring the UUID for my iPhone this error appeared. I have followed the standard steps and I expect to work without any errors. Can anyone help me please with my problem ? What I did wrong ?

Many of the users have faced this issue while using IOS 4. It was a bug in that version of the firmware which was solved in the later versions. So, it is recommended that you update your firmware to IOS 5, 6 or 7. It will solve your problem and also improve your phone's performance.
However, there is a solution for IOS 4 too with mixed review. Below are the steps to do that:
1. Remove all the network settings from your phone.
2. Go to this website.
3. Post your current APN and get a new custom made one.
4. Use the custom APN and it will solve your problem.
