Hi

I am using Windows 7 64bit operating system. When I am using Vodafone Mobile Connect Software on it I find the following error message. Need your help. Thanks

Error:

I’m not sure if this is an incompatibility problem because your operating system does not have any incompatibility issue with this application. This software supports Windows 7 both 32-bit and 64-bit versions so I’m sure this is a different problem.

Try uninstalling Vodafone Mobile Broadband application from your machine and then install it back to fix any corrupted files in the installation.

This will also restore the settings back to default. After reinstalling the program, try opening it again and see if it works. If you still have an error in the application, try checking your computer for any possible errors.

It’s possible that there is an error in the file system that conflicts with the application.
