When I want to connect to the Internet using my Vodafone modem this error appears on my phone. It worked just fine until now and I just don’t know what to do next. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ?

Yes, I think so too. Normally, authentication issues on mobile such as this are caused by signal-related problems. If you know you have a valid account then you should check if your device receives an adequate amount of signal. Because if it doesn’t then that’s the cause why your account can’t be validated or authenticated. You need to transfer to a different location where there is a good signal reception.
If you are using your Smartphone as a modem to connect your computer to the internet, try restarting your handset and try again. There are times the signal meter on the handset accidentally freezes showing you an incorrect amount of signal. If the problem continues and you know you have a good signal, your last option is to contact network support to fix your account.
Because maybe the problem is on their side and not on your device.
