Hi Melissa D Minaya,

The thing is, your mobile phone connection is intercepting with your computer internet connection.

First, try unplugging the internet connection of your computer first before tethering your huawei phone on your computer to have an internet connection, second, be sure that you have connected the phone firmly and lastly, be sure that you have set the default communication device to mobile phone so that it will bypass your LAN card for getting an internet connection.
