Hey everyone,
I wanted to get new look for my laptop so I have downloaded some themes. Also I have deleted some too. Now I can just apply classic style. When I want to change it to other themes I got error message. If someone knows how can I fix this please let me know.

Error Loading Visual Styles
This visual styles could not be loaded because the file failed to load,

Hi,
 Many way that cased theme problem.
For solution Click on start button and then click on run.
A command will be appear,. In this command window type services.msc and click on ok.
Services window will be appear.
In services list, Search item that name theme.
Look that themes status is started and also look that Startup status is automatic.
If you found that there is not data same as above then double click this theme.
A new option window will be appearing.
In this window Click on star button and in startup type field make change that start type is automatic.
I think that you have deleted some basic themes files from your computer and you need to install them again to solve your problem. Also you need to know what kind of themes you use in your PC and what was their type they are not virus infected and are free of virus. You can run a full virus scan to check any possible problem. After you have checked all of files and folders then you need to install the themes again so you can install the windows themes from you windows CD. You need to follow these steps to then install your themes.
