After installation of Microsoft visual studio on my PC with Windows XP (32) I got this error message. My friend too, installed this program, but is running without error. I don’t really know what is this error and how can I solve this. Please help me to solve this problem with the program and tell me why I have this error message ?

It seems like you are using the online version of the installer and you are doing the web installation. This mode of installation is fine if you have a fast connection. But for average speed, this is not recommended especially if the application is big because downloading will eat most of your time and the installation might end up prematurely.
Before installing Microsoft Visual Studio, make sure you meet all the requirements. If you are installing Microsoft Visual Studio 2013, your computer needs to be running on Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1 either x86 or x64. For servers, it supports Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1, Windows Server 2012, and Windows Server 2012 R2 all x64.
In your case, to avoid encountering that error since it’s obvious your connection got interrupted or your connection got extremely slow, you need to download the standalone version of the installer or maybe an ISO image. For 2013 edition, you can download the standalone installer from Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2013 with Update 2.
