I have a sheet file that I want to customize and a free portable software that can be downloaded. So my friend recommend this software called : Visual CSS Editor Portable Free. Now my problem is, where can I download this software? What are the other benefits of it? Any help would be nice. Thank you very much.

You can download Astyle CSS Editor 3.8 Beta 8 from this link: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/WEB-Design/Web-Design-related/Astyle-CSS-editor.shtml Click on the Download button from the left side above the add to download basket. Then in the new window from the left side choose a mirror from UK or US and the downloading will start. Style is a free software application so you can edit your CSS code from a visual interface.
