What you can do is make a new database and paste each data into the new table. Also, run the "compact and repair" tab to ensure that there are no corrupted files that can enter. To prevent this things to happen again, make sure to update your AntiVirus Program regularly. You can even set it to automatically update so that it updates itself when it is needed.

Moreover, there are instances when the error window appears again. Just press and hold the shift button on your keyboard when you're about to open your program.

Another reason that makes the error window appear is that you are opening a newer version of the program on the older version that is installed in your computer. For example  you are opening your Access 2000 MDB file. However, the last opened MDB file was 1997.  The 1997 version will be the default one. Since they are not compatible, the error window will appear.
