As I have been using internet is there any security threat to my data?
Can there be any legal procedures to prevent this kind of attacks?

Also viruses are used to corrupt data and hardware parts. To fight this kind of threats companies have created anti-viruses.

There are anti-viruses which can prevent on viruses and malware, whereas there are anti viruses which are having total internet security including phishing sites, keylogger. Some of them can scan mobile phones also. Depending upon your requirement you have to choose either simple anti-virus or total security.

A virus is a malicious program which can easily effect normal working of your computer. A virus can be in the form of unknown link, corrupted and unknown files etc. It is 2012 and it is not easy to get rid from these kinds of programs.
I tried many antivirus programs before but failed to achieve good results. Now days i am using sky's new antivirus software, it is really better than others. This software is providing highest level of security.
