Hi,

Lambert Gaston

There are many options to fix this problem. I am trying to give you the best one. Transfer all the files you need from c drive to other drive including my documents and shared documents.

Now uninstall all the programmed. Now you have give set up of windows XP/vista/7. After the set up, install avast free antivirus.

Now is the most important step. run a boot scan.

Avasti Anti virus

Setup file delete. after starting  windows you can keep avast or uninstall avast. avast free version does better job than many antivirus program out there.

However, if you want to uninstall avast, then after that you can install either kaspersky or bitdefender.

KasperskyBitdefender

Never ever try to install two antivirus program at the same time. always update the program.

In addition to that delete the bak, tmp, prefetch file to make your computer faster.

Hope this helps you.

Greetings,

There are three ways those you can apply to your system in order to keep your files safe.

Firstly, move all your important data from C: drive to any other drive. And then uninstall all programs installed in your system. Then install “CCleaner” software to your system, preferably registered version of this software.

And scan your system with this software. Also clean the registry of your system using this software. After cleaning, check that have your files are fine or not. If not, then move to second way.

Secondly, you need to install an antivirus to clean your system from viruses. And you need to install an anti-malware and anti-spyware software too.

Then scan your complete system. After cleaning, check that, your problem solved or not. If not then more to third step.

Thirdly, move all your important data from C: drive to any other drive. Reinstall your operating system, remember that, while reinstalling you must have to format your C: drive.

Immediately after installation of operating system you need to install a good antivirus e.g. Microsoft Security Essentials, NOD32 or BitDefender.

Update antivirus and scan complete system. Remember that don’t open any other drive before complete scanning of system.

I hope after doing this, your problem will be solved.
