Hello experts,

Recently, I downloaded VIPRE Internet Security 2013 and trying to install it but I get the following error message whenever I attempt to install this program.

What could be the conflict to install the program?

I want to fix this problem so please provide proper resolution. Thanks for any assistance.

VIPRE Internet Security 2013 and trying to install getting error

Hello Violet

This error is telling you that you have a software installed that will not allow you to install VIPRE Internet Security 2013.

Please go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, and uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from your PC.

After you have uninstalled it, please got to Start and in the search box type Run.

Type %temp%downloads into the Run box and press Enter. Search for a file HSNVIPRE_FW_EN.6.0. Double click that file and continue the installation.
