I have recently downloaded Skype on my Samsung Galaxy S3, I have been trying to make video calls and to navigate the application and I am getting problems adding contacts, I have heard about Viper 4.1 release which is claiming to be cheaper than Skype, anyone who has tried Viper? What are the features of this application? Is it better than mobile Skype?

Skype is the most popular application for making calls and video calls meanwhile Viper is a new product on the market which promises a lot of things.
