H,i I installed my Viper, which was reconditioned. I’m receiving this error message “00010004”. I tried to fix all possible errors. I even cleaned the encoder strip using isopropyl. Please give me any procedure to fix this problem, or troubleshoot and find, which part is responsible for the error.

Hi Jose,
Look to check that the encoder strip is properly riding in the slot on the back of the carriage - which is sitting on the front of the machine.
