Can I view the ‘p2’ in the contacts ribbon for existing contacts in Outlook 2007? I have built a ‘p2’ which contains extra fields to quick display by the ‘Designer’ option. When I am selecting an original contact the ‘p2’ can see in the ‘show’ section of the ribbon and it is very nice. But I need to get the same link shown for all the contacts and how can I achieve this? I think Outlook maintains different screen layout for each contact. I will be thankful for your help to get out of this problem.

You can access it by using a different column or table for all of these things.

  1. When you create the separate tables for them then you can just go to each table and get the full details in the p2 ribbon.
  2. The designer won't allow you to do such operations as there are few limitations that are put by the Microsoft so you have to bear it.
  3. The next thing that you can do is to make sure that the link that is shown for all contacts is accessible by the other p3 or p4 that you have made or check it with p1 if you have it.

If it still don't help then you have to contact a professional expert to solve this issue.
