The first thing to do is to check if your file is working fine and if it's not corrupted. You can do that easily by finding it in your explorer and opening it with the software that can open that kind of file. If the file is corrupted, you can always try repairing it. Unfortunately, I don't know what kind of file you are trying to convert, so can't tell you what to use to repair it, but there are plenty of both, offline and online tools that deals with corrupted files successfully.

In case that everything's fine with the file you're trying to convert, you will need to adjust the bitrate as it is obviously the setting that is causing your problem. To do that, open the menu Tools, go to Options and under Transport Stream Output change the bitrate from automatic to manual and adjust the bitrate.
