I bought a HP-D530 chipset and windows XP install on it that VGA graphics, color, and videos are running and working perfectly then I decided to install windows 7 on same pc no installation and running problem but I just hit the Mediaplayer and I open a *.flv video it is running smoothly but a green strip line appear in the middle of running video.

So my question is that what is the problem with VGA driver or hardware?

VGA specification are as under:

Video Problem in HP-D530 PC VGA DRIVER

You should consider first the Codec (Code Decoder) installed in your computer because it might be the problem. Why not try installing VLC media player and see if the problem still exist.

This program is very good for playing .flv files and many more video and audio file types. Also try installing FLV Player and see if it fits to your system. It might also be that the copy of the file is not a good quality.

See if the solutions I provided works.

Note: Simply Google the programs I suggested to view and learn more about it.

Just follow the installation procedure to install it.
