Hello,
An error “Video you are trying to watch cannot be load” message comes in the display pages when I try to load a Video Cloud player. The reason may be geographic or domain restrictions, content unavailability, or otherwise. These error messages are in English.
I need to localize my player.
Thanks.

Hello,
It depends on the type of file that you are trying to load into your video cloud player, It's either the type of media file youre trying to load is not really compatible with your player or there are some missing codecs from the file itself. First, Try to open another file that your player usually read, If it runs properly, Then the problem is the type of file youre trying to watch. Perhaps you should try to convert the file youre trying to load into a file type that is readable for video cloud player. (For example, .flv) If the same problem occured, Check the settings of your plug ins. When uploading, dont forget to browse your computer with access to cpproplugin.zip file.before clicking on " Install" and activate the plug in.Another thing, you may also have an incorrect folder or file name entered in the shortcode. Correcting that will fix the problem. For more detailed instructions you may check this url http://cloudplayer.pro/how-to-videos/setting-up-cloudplayer-pro?placeVal...
