My friend gave me a new Samsung Wave mobile phone and I am a fan of chatting and making video calls. Now, I just want to clarify if a video call on Samsung Wave is available as a feature?

 Yes most Samsung Wave model mobile phones are capable of making video calls. You can search for some videos on YouTube if you want and it also depends if you will use an application for the video call. I believe that if you will use Skype, then it is capable. It can work through Wi-Fi or 3G networks.

Video calling is provided by your local carrier only. And depends on which model of the phone you are using.
Wave "y" has no secondary camera, so basically you can see them but they can't see you.Â
Wave II however, have the capacity to do such things as video calls.
Using WI-Fi, 3GÂ can provide the needs of the customer when it comes to video calls.
