VFM Lite Tries to re-install Every Time USB Stick Used

Hello friends

I have installed my Vodafone mobile with  a VMC software, but every time I try to plug the device, it ends up in an error message.

The screenshot of the error is attached below:

Device not supported by currently installed version of Vodafone Mobile Connect

The message states:

Vodafone Mobile Connect

Device not supported by currently installed version of Vodafone Mobile Connect.

Install Lite version of Vodafone Mobile Connect (Less features than existing version)

Update existing software to support new device (Recommended)

OK Cancel

Any suggestions what might be the root cause of the problem? Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Jerry,

This error is due to out to date version of the Vodafone Mobile Connect software version.

Another reason is that the version of Vodafone Mobile Connect software that you have been installed is not compatible with you device.

The only choice is to update the software within the screen into above image or to downgrade the version which is the one compatible with your device.

In the image above, recommended option is identified there. Must pick upgrade then click ok. For any download, go to this link.

Hi,

This software are old or new. Now new version are available Vodafone web site. So, kindly install the new version are install on your devices. If you still are not, then install or repair new windows. The main reason for c drive does not install correctly.
