Hi Ingrid, Portable Miranda IM is available international. It is capable of working other network or social community like and supports Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, Tlen, Netsend, IAX, Jabber, Gadu-Gadu, IRC, AIM, and many others.
It is portable, and uses a very little memory and very fast. What makes it good it that, you don't need to download it into your computer since it is fitted on a single floppy disc.
It is very flexible, only the basic features are built in but it has more than 350 more plugins for download.
The instant messaging is just plain gray, window just offers basic viewing messages. No text format or emoticons.

Miranda IM is a free, open-source, multi-protocol instant messenger designed for Microsoft Windows. It is tremendously fast and literally uses very little memory. This program supports different chat services like Jabber, ICQ, AIM, IRC, MSN, Yahoo, and more.
The functions it features can intensely be improved using a broad set of plug-ins that is somewhat already more than 350. This version supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and the latest Windows 8 and also Linux / UNIX through Wine. To download, visit Miranda IM Portable. The installer is only around 5 MB but will expand to around 8 to 20 MB after it is installed.
