Verizon modem cannot find the wireless device

Hello there,

I have this error when I want to connect to the Internet using my Verizon modem. It seems like my Mac cannot detect the wireless anymore. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? What could be the problem ?

Please connect a wireless device to your Macintosh. Press the Back button on the Assistant, and Detect your wireless device again.

Hi David,

The USB must be correctly configured. Once that is done, getting the internet connection is as simple as clicking on Connect. In order to discontinue the connection, simply click on disconnect. The VPN app also needs to be configured. Click on the word " Menu" then on the word"settings and finally click on the words" install enhanced app " . Hope this helps.
