I have a problem with Venus 1500 v4 software when it launches but soon as communication is attempted to display I receive the following error message. After the restart process the same error repeats. Suggest me possible solutions.

How are you, hope all is well with you. I have read your post and I have to say that your software has a corrupt file and that is why it is displaying the error message. The good news is, the application is a freeware meaning you will download it for free.

If you are using Venus 1500 V4, check the system requirements again and make sure your computer meets those requirements. Venus 1500 V4 supports Windows XP (Professional only), Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. It requires 1 GHz or faster processor, 512 MB RAM, 1 GB free space, Microsoft DirectX 9-compatible video card, and 1024 x 768 minimum screen resolution.
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 is required so make sure to install it first prior to installing Venus 1500 V4. Venus 1500 V4 doesn’t support Windows 7 Thin PC, any versions of Microsoft Windows Server, and OS X. Try downloading again. Go to Venus 1500 V4 Software Downloads and download the version for your operating system.
The installer or setup file for Windows XP and Windows Vista is different from the installer for Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10. Windows XP and Windows Vista share one installer and Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10 also uses one installer.
