Hello experts
This is the first time I am attempting to utilize Vault for copy design functionality.
All of my folder paths reprocess/copy, and the suffix seems fine. But after clicking ok the whole process freezes and I am getting the following error message (please see the below attachment). I need to solve it.
Please help.

Vault freezes and crashes for an unknown reason
HI, You have to install SQL first, and let ADMS plug into it. because if your program file folder are not supported well, surely the computer hangs, In copy design, if you run different version, the copy design will fail, If your last ran is December 2011 and your file last saved is January 2012, copy design will fail. Consider also that there might be firewall or protection. Sometimes antivirus is the cause. Take these few steps if it will help:
1. Start(window)
2. Control Panel
3. Double click administrative tools
4. Services- double click and see the list of anti virus and check stop
5. Launch Vault
