Hi,

When i enter a value it is appearing with two decimal places. For an example when i enter 186 it appears as 1.86. What is wrong and how can i fix?

You need to format the cell. Please follow the following steps to change the format of cell :

Step 1 :  Right Click on the column where you want to change the format.  Select "Format Cell" from pop-up menu.

Step 2 : Click Number Tab, and select Number under Category, then select Decimal Places : 2 and click OK.

This will solve your problem. Still if you find problem please reply me.
